Welcome to N Cloud. N Cloud is a hybrid cloud backup gallery and messaging application powered by TDLib (Telegram Database Library) and Supabase. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Data Collection & Handling

N Cloud operates as a hybrid storage solution. We process and handle the following types of data:

  • Photos and Media: Your gallery items (photos, videos, audio, and documents) are securely processed. We utilize local device caching (via Hive/SQLite) for fast access and synchronize backups securely to your connected cloud accounts.
  • Chat Data: Messaging data is securely handled via TDLib. We do not intercept, read, or alter your personal chat messages.
  • Authentication: Account authentication is managed securely utilizing Supabase and TDLib protocols.

3. Data Security & Storage

Security is our top priority. Your media and chat data are handled with robust encryption protocols. Local data is cached securely on your device, and cloud syncs are transmitted over encrypted connections. We implement strict access controls to ensure your personal data remains private and accessible only by you.

4. No Third-Party Data Selling

We have a strict policy: We NEVER sell your data.

N Cloud does not and will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, photos, videos, or chat data to any third-party advertisers, data brokers, or external entities. Your data is yours.

5. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. If you delete a file, photo, or message within N Cloud, it is securely soft-deleted and queued for permanent deletion from both your local cache and the cloud servers, honoring your intent to remove the data permanently.
